OasisAdmin sends reminders on a schedule you control. On the due date, a SMS is sent to your tenant. If they are late, an AI voice call follows after 2 days. WhatsApp follow-ups go out after 5 days. Everything is automatic — you just watch the dashboard.

What happens if a tenant does not respond?

If a tenant does not respond after all three reminder channels, the dashboard marks them as overdue and you receive a notification. At that point, you can take further action directly. OasisAdmin does not engage in debt collection — we only send polite payment reminders.

Can I customise the reminder messages?

Yes. You can customise the tone and content of SMS and WhatsApp messages in your dashboard settings. The AI voice call script can also be adjusted. All messages comply with POPIA and include an opt-out option by default.

When are reminders sent?

The first SMS is sent at 8:00 AM on the tenant's due date. Voice calls are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays only. WhatsApp messages follow the same business hours schedule. You can adjust the timing in your settings.

Will tenants know it is automated?

Tenants receive professional messages that come across as thoughtful reminders, not robocalls. The AI voice uses natural-sounding speech. Most tenants simply respond with payment — whether they know it is automated or not does not affect results.
